You will respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or fax, input data into our CRM, assist with FNOL and settlement processing, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and service to resolve issues. Strong communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or fax in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding policies, claims processes, and services.
• Input and maintain customer and claims data in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with a focus on positive resolution.
• Assist with claims processing, claims update inquiries, coverage verification, and account updates.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service to resolve complex client issues.
• Support FNOL entry and settlement processing.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Recommend appropriate services or products based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed service performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction.
