Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Background in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding policies, processes, and available services.
• Input and maintain client intake data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client issues.
• Assist in processing claim-related refunds.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed service performance metrics including response time and coverage verification.
