Job summary

Placements24 in Welkom, Free State, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our FMCG footprint. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive distribution of a diverse product range.

Ideal candidates bring prior FMCG sales experience, strong communication, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset. A valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle for travel around Welkom are required. Training and travel allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Residency or familiarity with the Welkom area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the Welkom territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and understand their needs.
• Present and sell FMCG products to potential and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits.
• Monitor market trends and competitors in the Free State region.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
• Manage allocated territory to maximize coverage and sales potential.
