Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales to lead Florida’s robotics program adoption. This field-based role interfaces with hospital executives, surgeons and sales teams to drive capital sales from strategy to close.

You will develop compelling capital proposals, manage a disciplined sales funnel, and mentor the next generation of robotics sales professionals while traveling across Florida.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree, strong consultative selling and leadership capabilities, advanced negotiation skills, sound business judgment and a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and leading complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy through close.
• Develop and present compelling capital proposals to C suite decision makers, connecting clinical priorities with financial and strategic value.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales leadership while partnering closely with the total joint field sales teams.
• Structure financial solutions that help move purchasing decisions forward and support robotics installations, adoption and reconstruction product pull through.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel using advanced CRM technology, providing accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and a consolidated view of the territory to support the national pipeline.
• Bring collaborative leadership to a complex, team based selling environment and mentor the next generation of robotics sales professionals.
• Travel throughout Florida, including two to four overnight stays per week, with infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
