Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and proven consultative selling abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and 2 years in orthopaedics or medical capital sales.
• Ability to navigate complex capital sales processes and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives, and sales teams.
• Structure financial solutions to move purchasing decisions forward.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel with CRM forecasts.
• Mentor the next generation of robotics sales professionals.
• Travel across Florida, with overnight stays as needed.
