Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales to own sales execution across Florida, lead complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy through close, and build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales teams.

You will develop compelling capital proposals for C-suite decision makers, structure financial solutions, and manage the sales funnel with CRM tools while traveling across Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, strong consultative selling and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced negotiation skills and consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Two years of B2B sales and two years of medical or capital sales in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and leading complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy through close.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers, linking clinical priorities with financial value.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives, and sales leadership while partnering with field teams.
• Structure financial solutions to move purchasing decisions forward and support robotics installations.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel with CRM, provide monthly and quarterly forecasts, and maintain territory visibility.
