Job summary

Smith+ Nephew seeks a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales, to own sales execution across Florida for CORI XT robotics. You will develop capital proposals for C-suite leaders, build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital executives, and collaborate with field teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.

You will structure financial solutions to advance purchases, manage a robust pipeline, and mentor the next generation of robotics sales professionals while traveling across Florida

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of B2B sales experience and/or two years of medical sales experience in orthopaedics, or two years of capital sales in medical devices.
• Ability to navigate complex capital sales processes and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting/exceeding annual quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital executives.
• Structure financial solutions to move purchasing decisions forward.
• Maintain disciplined sales funnel and accurate forecasts.
• Lead and mentor robotics sales professionals in a team environment.
• Travel throughout Florida with some overnight stays.
