Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales to own the Florida territory and drive robotics capital opportunities from strategy through close. You will present capital proposals to C-suite and build relationships with surgeons and hospital executives while coordinating with the total joint field sales teams.

Travel within Florida with overnight stays and occasional national travel. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in B2B or medical device capital sales are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and proven leadership in sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
• 2+ years of B2B or medical device capital sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling operating room capital equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding quotas and leading complex capital opportunities from strategy through close.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers, linking clinical priorities with financial value.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and field sales teams; collaborate with joint replacement teams.
• Structure financial solutions to advance purchases and support robotics installations and adoption.
• Maintain a disciplined sales funnel, provide forecasts and a territory view for the national pipeline.
• Travel within Florida with overnight stays; mentor next-gen robotics sales professionals.
