Job summary

Smith+ Nephew in Florida seeks a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales, to own sales across the state and lead complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy to close. You will develop capital proposals for C-suite buyers, link clinical priorities to financial value, and build strong surgeon and hospital executive relationships.

You will structure financial solutions to move purchasing decisions, manage a disciplined CRM-driven funnel, and mentor a robotics sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced negotiation skills and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and leading complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy through close.
• Develop and present compelling capital proposals to C-suite decision makers, aligning clinical priorities with financial and strategic value.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales leadership while partnering with total joint field sales teams.
• Structure financial solutions that move purchasing decisions forward and support robotics installations, adoption and reconstruction product pull through.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel using CRM technology, providing accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and a territory view for the national pipeline.
• Mentor the next generation of robotics sales professionals and lead in a team-based selling environment.
• Travel throughout Florida, including two to four overnight stays per week, with infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
