Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales to lead Florida's robotics initiatives and own the sales cycle from strategy through close. You will develop and present capital proposals to C-suite leaders, linking clinical priorities with financial value.

This field-based role requires strong consultative selling, leadership, and negotiation skills, and entails travel across Florida with occasional national events to grow the robotics program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of B2B sales experience and two years of medical sales experience in orthopaedics, or two years of capital sales experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and leading complex robotics capital opportunities from strategy through close.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers, connecting clinical priorities with financial value.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales leadership, partnering with total joint field teams.
• Structure financial solutions that move purchasing decisions forward and support robotics installations and adoption.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel with CRM, provide forecasts and a territory view for the national pipeline.
