Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales, for the Florida territory. This field-based role focuses on selling CORI XT robotics capital solutions to hospitals, aligning clinical priorities with financial value, and building strong executive relationships.

You will lead the sales process from strategy to close, travel within Florida, and mentor a team of robotics sales professionals while working with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and installations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Proven consultative selling experience and leadership capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with capital sales in medical devices preferred.

Mansioni

• Own sales execution across Florida, meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital leadership.
• Structure financial solutions to drive purchases and installations.
• Manage funnel with CRM and provide forecasts.
• Travel within Florida with overnight stays as needed.
• Mentor the next generation of robotics sales professionals.
