Job summary

Smith+Neb is seeking a Regional Robotics Director for Capital Sales to drive strategic robotics capital opportunities across Florida. You will lead the sales process from strategy to close, presenting capital proposals to executive leadership and partnering with hospital teams to align clinical priorities with financial value.

In this field-based role, you will mentor others, manage a disciplined sales funnel using CRM, and travel within Florida with occasional national travel for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong consultative selling and leadership.
• 2+ years of B2B sales or medical sales in orthopaedics, or two years of capital sales in medical devices.
• Experience selling operating room capital equipment is preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex capital sales processes and align stakeholders toward a decision.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution across Florida and meet/exceed annual quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives, and sales leadership.
• Travel throughout Florida (2–4 overnight stays weekly) and manage CRM forecasting.
