Smith+Naphew is seeking a Regional Robotics Director, Capital Sales to lead Florida robotics capital opportunities from strategy to close. You will own sales execution across Florida, build relationships with surgeons and hospital leaders, and develop compelling capital proposals aligned with clinical priorities and financial value.

You will guide a cross-functional team, forecast effectively, and travel in Florida while mentoring the next generation of robotics sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling, leadership capabilities and advanced negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex capital sales processes and navigate stakeholder priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own sales execution across Florida and meet/exceed annual quotas.
• Develop and present capital proposals to C-suite decision makers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital executives and sales teams.
• Structure financial solutions to move purchasing decisions and support installations.
• Manage a disciplined sales funnel with CRM, forecasting, and territory view.
• Mentor robotics sales professionals and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams.
