Job summary

Liquid Death is hiring a Regional Distributor Manager for Florida to lead a field sales team and drive distributor strategy. You will own the distributor P&L, manage key accounts, and influence go-to-market decisions, reporting to the General Manager.

The role requires residence in Florida with significant field travel and overnight stays, managing a team of up to four sales execution managers, reps, and merchandisers.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of beverage industry experience with distributor management, sales or key account focus.
• Direct store delivery experience preferred; VIP exposure helpful; knowledge of IRI, Nielsen or Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set territory and distributor-level strategy to drive mutual growth and hit sales targets.
• Own the distributor engagement model, including business planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews and annual planning.
• Lead national chain selling strategy across the territory.
• Manage and develop a field sales team across the Florida market.
