• 5+ years of sales management experience in the distilled spirits industry.
• Hands-on execution experience with three-tier distribution and accounts.
• Proven ability to develop and manage distributor partnerships and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with distributors and key accounts.
• Build and maintain distributor relationships at state level.
• Develop plans to drive depletions, distribution, and KPI targets.
• Deliver training and market development activities for distributors.
• Coordinate budget, promotions, and travel within approved spend.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal systems.
