Cavalier Distributing Florida is seeking a motivated Field Sales Specialist to cover an assigned Florida territory, representing our beer, wine and beverage portfolio. You will build relationships with retail partners, execute route sales, and drive visible brand programs.

Ideal candidates bring energy, a competitive spirit, and 1+ year of outside sales experience in consumer-packaged goods or craft beverage wholesale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or other consumer-packaged goods experience.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners for merchandising and promotions.
• Route sales and close sales with retail decision-makers.
• Monitor store inventory and assist with restocking.
• Ensure proper pricing, signage, and merchandising visibility.
• Conduct product tastings and provide staff training.
• Communicate account activity through pre-plans and recaps.
