The ideal candidate will have senior-level chain buyer relationships, extensive leadership experience, and a proven track record of profitable state P&L management. Travel 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in alcohol/beverage industry.
• Extensive people management experience across multiple territories.
• Strong relationships with executive chain buyers and category decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Florida market share.
• Manage distributor relationships and drive channel alignment.
• Lead field sales teams with coaching, performance reviews, and accountability.
• Oversee brand-building programs and product launches across all channels.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing.
