The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in multi-site leadership, a track record of developing leaders, and the ability to align teams with ownership objectives while traveling regularly across the state.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multi-site or multi-unit operations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Florida.
• Experience owning P&L and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, execution, and performance across multiple locations.
• Provide leadership to Area Managers and department heads.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee company-wide P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and key metrics.
• Partner with ownership and stakeholders to develop long-term objectives.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Ensure consistency, accountability, and execution across all locations.
• Evaluate processes, systems, and resources to support growth.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and results.
• Make sound decisions aligned with ownership goals.
