Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• MBA or related master’s preferred.
• PE/CE licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear business unit vision aligned with company strategy.
• Oversee portfolio performance including gross margin, schedule, and risk.
• Lead talent planning, development, and succession for the unit.
• Drive business development and client relationships for growth.
• Maintain governance over budgets, forecasts, and WIP.
