Job summary

David M. Maines & Associates, part of Skybound Service Partners, seeks a General Manager to lead DMA’s Florida operation and own the full P&L.

You’ll drive revenue growth via direct business development, enable the sales team, and ensure profitable project delivery while building loyal, multi-site client relationships. This leadership role requires a commercially-minded operator who can manage field relationships, coach teams, and deliver sustainable growth with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing or construction with direct revenue growth and team development
• Proven ability to grow revenue through business development and client relationship management
• History of building recurring client relationships with building owners and general contractors
• Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership and margin management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in field-based operations
• Proficiency with CRM and field service platforms and ability to travel regularly in FL

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line revenue growth across service, reroof, and new construction segments
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities through direct outreach and referrals
• Develop relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
• Lead the sales process on key accounts and coach the sales team to close pipelines
• Identify and pursue recurring revenue opportunities such as maintenance contracts
• Serve as senior relationship owner for DMA’s Florida clients
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication
• Own the Florida P&L and monitor margin performance with leadership team
• Build and lead a high-performing sales, production, and service team
• Ensure safety and quality standards align with DMA policies
