Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Regional Director to lead our Eastern operations across Florida and Georgia. You will drive profitability and client satisfaction while stabilizing and growing multiple branches with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, team development, and launching new market initiatives, with travel and frequent performance reviews to ensure EBITDA targets are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regional operations with multi-location oversight and P&L accountability.
• Experience launching and turning around branches in growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; multi-family services background ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional branch operations across Florida and Georgia to meet revenue, gross profit and EBITDA targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers to lead high-performing local teams.
• Lead new market launches and turnaround efforts for underperforming branches.
• Own full regional P&L and resource planning to support current operations and growth.
• Deploy Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services with local teams to drive revenue.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational/financial reviews.
• Drive client satisfaction through consistent service and proactive communication.
