Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Regional Director to lead Eastern operations across Florida and Georgia, stabilizing and growing the Florida market first. You will drive profitability, oversee P&L, and develop Branch Managers to scale service delivery in multi-family settings.

The role requires 10+ years of regional experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong KPI, forecasting, and leadership skills. Travel and a performance-driven bonus are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regional operations with multi-location oversight and full P&L accountability.
• Proven success launching and turning around Branch operations in high-growth, service-based industries.
• Experience in multi-family services, specifically make-ready, repair & maintenance, or CapEx is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Execution-focused with strong KPI management, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.
• People builder with a track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead across levels and functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations within region, ensuring revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers to lead high-performing local teams.
• Lead new market launches and guide turnaround efforts for underperforming branches.
• Own full regional P&L and manage resource planning to support current operations and future growth.
• Deploy Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services with local teams to meet client needs and revenue goals.
• Prepare and present operational and financial performance updates monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Champion service consistency, retention, and satisfaction through site visits and proactive communication.
• Implement KPIs, streamline processes, and drive adoption of companywide systems and initiatives.
• Promote regional safety culture and ensure compliance across branches.
• Support change and growth initiatives to position the region for future success.
