Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking a commercially minded General Manager to lead and grow a well-established residential home services centre in Florida. The role combines full P&L ownership, sales leadership and team development, with responsibility for driving revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence.

You will own the operation locally within a multi-location group, enjoying the backing of a larger platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Experience leading sales-driven service organisations.
• Experience coaching managers and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the branch with full P&L accountability.
• Drive revenue growth through strong sales leadership, coaching and accountability.
• Develop and mentor managers, supervisors and frontline teams.
• Improve key commercial metrics including conversion, average ticket, productivity and customer retention.
• Ensure operational excellence across service, installation and customer experience functions.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on results, development and accountability.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute business objectives and growth initiatives.
