Job summary

Aston Carter in Orlando, FL is seeking a contract-based Sales/Recruitment Specialist to recruit local businesses into our Hub delivery partner program. You will travel within a two-hour driving radius, present the program, qualify prospects, and guide them through the application process while managing leads in Salesforce.

You will work with a Field Manager, organize recruitment events, and collaborate with local chambers and business groups.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales or customer service.
• Outside/Field sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Professional, team-oriented, with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour radius.
• Present and pitch the program to generate interest.
• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application using Salesforce.
• Support events and partner recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with local chambers and economic groups.
• Enter data into Salesforce weekly.
