Job summary

Aston Carter in Orlando, FL is seeking a contract-based Sales/Recruitment Specialist to recruit local businesses into our Hub delivery partner program. You will travel within a two-hour driving radius, present the program, qualify prospects, and guide them through the application process while managing leads in Salesforce.

You will work with a Field Manager, organize recruitment events, and collaborate with local chambers and business groups.

Qualifications

Join an exciting opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will recruit local businesses to join our Hub delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present the program, qualify participants, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and organize recruitment events. This role includes travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers commission incentives for successful partner conversions.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted areas within a two-hour driving radius.

• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.

• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing leads in Salesforce.

• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learns and town hall meetings.

• Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

• Outside/Field Sales experience.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Field sales experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in sales or negotiation roles is advantageous.

• Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems in the field.

• Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technologies.

• Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

The position is based in or near Tallahassee and requires being on the road 3-5 days a week, with the option to work from home for the remainder of the time. Benefits include two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review, uncapped commission, and reimbursements for phone bills and mileage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
