Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Regional Sales Associate to drive growth in the Sales & Business Development team. The role involves demonstrating products to contractors, expanding distributor partnerships, and executing sales programs while supporting trade shows and industry events.

You will maintain relationships with dealers, manage accounts, and ensure timely customer follow-ups, with travel to job sites and events, and remote work as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with manufacturers or industrial equipment.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and executing promotions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products to contractors with distributor involvement.
• Seek new distributor partners within the territory.
