Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join a growing delivery partner program in the Tallahassee area. In this field-based role, you’ll work directly with local business owners, presenting the program and guiding them through onboarding.

This contract position is based out of Orlando, FL, with remote work and hybrid field time. You’ll travel within the territory, use Salesforce to manage leads, and aim to drive uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Outside/Field sales experience required.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face outreach with local businesses within your territory.
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, and guide partners through onboarding.
• Manage leads and activity in Salesforce.
• Support local networking events, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce and other local business organizations.
