Job Title: Floral Assistant at Pyramid Foods

Reports To:

Floral Department Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet and thank every customer
• Assist the Floral Manager with daily duties
• Follow company standards and safety guidelines
• Receive trucks and organize deliveries into coolers
• Report safety issues to the Floral Manager
• Rotate stock items regularly
• Use markdown coupons for close-dated products
• Properly use merchandising areas to promote sales
• Follow dress code and wear a name tag

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert force frequently. Ability to stand, move, and use sharp instruments safely is required.
