Job Objective
This is an entry-level job at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Floral Manager in providing good quality products to our customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Reports Directly To
Floral Department Manager

Major Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service.
2. Greet and thank every customer you come into contact with.
3. Assist the Floral Manager in completing daily duties.
4. Comply with all company standards and policies.
5. Assist in receiving trucks and breaking down loads into coolers.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety issues.
7. Rotate all items as they are stocked.
8. Use markdown coupons to reduce products nearing expiration.
9. Properly use merchandising areas to promote sales of ad items or deal-bought items.
10. Follow dress code and wear a name tag.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull. Ability to use knives and sharp instruments safely. Work involves stooping, kneeling, reaching, and working on slippery floors.
