Job Objective

This is an entry-level job at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Floral Manager in providing high-quality products to our customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Reports Directly To

Floral Department Manager

Major Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service.
2. Greet and thank every customer you interact with.
3. Assist the Floral Manager in completing daily duties.
4. Comply with all company standards and policies.
5. Assist in receiving trucks and breaking down loads into coolers.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety issues.
7. Rotate all stocked items.
8. Use markdown coupons to reduce products nearing expiration.
9. Use merchandising areas properly to promote sales of ad items or products bought on deal.
10. Follow dress code and wear a name tag.

Physical and Basic Functions Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and exert force frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand and move about various work stations, and handle sharp instruments safely. Must be able to work on floors that may become slippery.
