Job Objective

This is an entry-level job at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Floral Manager in providing quality products to customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet and thank every customer
• Assist the Floral Manager with daily duties
• Comply with company trim standards
• Assist in receiving trucks and breaking down loads into coolers
• Follow safety guidelines and report safety issues
• Rotate stock items regularly
• Use coupons to reduce close-dated products
• Use merchandising areas to promote sales

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally, exert force frequently and constantly, and handle materials safely. Must have dexterity, stamina, and the ability to work on slippery floors.
