Job Title: Floral Assistant at Pyramid Foods

This is an entry-level position at store level. The primary responsibility is to assist the Floral Manager in providing high-quality products to customers in a clean and friendly environment.

Reports To:

Floral Department Manager

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet and thank every customer you interact with
• Assist the Floral Manager with daily duties
• Follow all company standards and safety guidelines
• Help receive trucks and organize deliveries into coolers
• Report safety issues to the Floral Manager
• Rotate stock items regularly
• Use markdown coupons for close-dated products
• Properly use merchandising areas to promote sales
• Follow dress code and wear a name tag

Physical and Functional Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert force frequently, and handle materials safely. Ability to stand, move, and use knives or sharp instruments is required. Good vision and hearing are necessary, along with the ability to work on slippery floors.
