Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering the AE Brand Visual Standards. You will lead Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and ensure the store remains guest-ready through replenishment and smart merchandising decisions.

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store meets Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching with clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain a teamwork-focused culture and ensure store safety and shrink-reduction efforts.
