American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering the AEO Brand Visual Standards across a high-energy store environment.

You will drive successful floorset executions, merchandising updates and replenishment to keep the floor guest-ready. You bring a keen eye for detail, strong organization, and a collaborative leadership style to coach the Floorset team and ensure a consistent guest experience while upholding company

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience and visual skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across visuals and merchandising.
• Replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to drive guest experience.
• Ensure store safety, shrink-reduction and adherence to policies.
• Lead by example, foster recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
