Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Visual Standards, drive Floorset execution, and keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, focus on detail, and collaborate to seize merchandising opportunities while maintaining policy compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team and by setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh and well merchandised.
• Help the Merchandising Team Leader ensure the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while prioritizing guest experience.
• Maintain store safety standards on Salesfloor and in Stockroom; contribute to shrink-reduction strategies and policy adherence.
