Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Maintain AE Brand Visual Standards across the store via merchandising updates and replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute merchandising opportunities and floor plans.
• Foster a teamwork culture and celebrate team wins while keeping guest experience as priority.
• Ensure store safety and adherence to company policies and shrink-reduction efforts.
