Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering flawless floorsets, visual updates, and replenishment while ensuring every guest experience aligns with AEO Brand Standards.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, maintain safety and shrink-reduction practices, and champion a culture of recognition as you lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team to hit productivity goals and execute Floorset standards across uppers, bustforms, tables and wardrobes.
• Ensure the store remains representative of AEO Brand Standards through day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
• Support guest experience by maintaining visual standards, optimizing sell-through and acting on merchandising opportunities with leadership.
• Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices while adhering to AEO policies.
