Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by executing the AEO Brand Visual Standards on the sales floor. You will drive Floorset execution, coach your Floorset team, and ensure replenishment keeps the store guest-ready.

You will collaborate to optimize the guest experience, manage merchandising updates, and maintain brand-aligned displays while upholding safety and shrink-reduction practices.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Organize with attention to detail; strong time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills from prior store work.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and store standards by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Lead Floorset setup across uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers to brand standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment activities.
• Help the Merchandising Team Leader ensure brand standards are understood and maintained by the team.
• Foster a culture of recognition and teamwork to keep the guest experience a priority.
• Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reduction efforts on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.
