Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards at the store level. You will drive Floorset execution, coaching the Floorset team, and ensuring replenishment and day-to-day merchandising are on point.

You will work to maintain the guest-focused environment, partner with leadership to optimize sell-through, and uphold AE safety and shrink-reduction standards while celebrating team wins and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive Floorset execution and visualize AE Brand Standards.
• Experience coaching and training store teams on merchandising and replenishment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets to AE Brand Standards and train Floorset teams.
• Coach staff to maintain accurate merchandising and replenishment.
• Partner with leadership to maximize sell-through and planograms.
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
