Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandising Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards across the store. You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and manage replenishment to keep the guest experience top-notch.

You will partner with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities, maintain stock integrity, and ensure store safety and policy compliance while fostering a positive team environment.
