Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering a store that reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and Floorset excellence. You will train the Floorset team, drive replenishment, and ensure merchandising plans keep the store guest-ready and visually compelling.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products and understand brand standards.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and time management.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Lead Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain Brand Standards and a guest-ready store environment.
