The role requires extensive travel (60–80% of the time) to job sites and trade shows, supporting sales teams and developing technical literature while ensuring compliance with Shaw standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry-leading expertise in cleaning and maintenance of flooring products.
• Train customers and sales staff on product performance and methods.
• Support sales reps with training, projects, and product demonstrations.
• Act as a technical resource at trade shows and customer sites.
• Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation promptly.
• Evaluate cleaning methods and test new equipment and chemicals.
