Job summary

Unique Floor Supply in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Flooring Sales Specialist to assist customers in the ProShop and showroom, answer inquiries, recommend products, and prepare quotes and orders using ERP/CRM.

You will build relationships with contractors and repeat customers, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the Sales Lead, warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams; prior sales or flooring experience is a plus, Spanish is welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn flooring products and technical information.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.
• Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in our ProShop and showroom.
• Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Recommend flooring, adhesives, finishes, tools, stair parts, and related products.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders using our ERP/CRM system.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and open opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers.
• Communicate pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our system.
• Organize and label flooring samples and showroom displays.
