Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products for their projects. Full-time and part-time positions are available on our fast-paced sales floor.

Roles require basic math, customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a warehouse-store environment. Forklift certification and drug testing may be required where permissible by state law.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform basic math.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Some roles may require forklift certification through F&D and drug test per state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, understand projects, recommend products and close sales.
• Provide above-and-beyond service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep store clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and teammates to achieve sales goals.
• Process transactions at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Follow cash, check and card procedures and create price tags/signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise and assist other areas as needed.
