Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers select products for their projects. The role supports a fast-paced, safe store environment with duties from assisting customers to processing sales at the checkout.

Experience in customer service is valued, and the position may require forklift certification and compliance with safety guidelines. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available across multiple store teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Forklift certifications through Floor & Decor may be required for some roles.
• Where permissible by state law, drug testing may be required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Support store operations and safety compliance.
