Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on our fast-paced floor. Positions available both full-time and part-time. Candidates should be enthusiastic, hard-working, and dependable, with strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales at the POS, stocking and tagging merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Forklift certification may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certifications may be required where allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Process customers at checkout using point of sale (POS) system; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; follow safety processes and assist in other store areas as needed.
