Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers select flooring products. The role supports a fast-paced store floor, with full-time and part-time opportunities and a pay range of $15.10–$21.20 hourly.

Candidates should be 18+, have basic math skills, and possess customer service experience. Forklift certification may be required for some roles, and drug testing may occur where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean and safe.
• Work with management to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Adhere to safety processes and policies.
• Answer telephone per guidelines.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
