Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service, assist customers with finding products and completing purchases on a fast-paced sales floor.

Roles are available as Full-Time and Part-Time positions. You will maintain clean, stocked aisles and operate the POS system while delivering exceptional customer service. Compliance with safety policies and store guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certifications may be required.
• Drug test may be required where state law permits.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep area clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures and create price tags and signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Support store policies and safety processes.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
