Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, covering bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. You will ensure fast service, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations while coaching a team of hourly staff.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple stations. A high-energy, floor-first work style and flexible availability including nights and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Strong communication and guest-resolution skills.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build operational and financial skills.
