Theisen's Home-Farm-Auto in Grinnell, IA is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist the store manager in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining associate morale, providing training, and maximizing sales and profits in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with scheduling, performance feedback, and daily operations, ensuring policy compliance, proper cash handling, and a welcoming, safe shopping experience for every customer while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist manager with scheduling and time clock functions.
• Monitor associate productivity and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide input for performance evaluations.
• Identify projects and coordinate completion.
• Open and close store and prep cash drawers.
• Liaise between manager and hourly associates.
• Assist customers and handle loadouts.
• Run cash register as needed.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and recovery.
